An Interactive Dialogue with an HR Practitioner, 10 August 2018

Recently, SRW&Co. had the privilege of inviting Pak Awaldi, Operations Director of Bank Muamalat Indonesia to conduct a half-day sharing cum dialogue session with the team. The objective of the session is to tap into the expertise and extensive experiences of Pak Awaldi as a seasoned HR practitioner. With a solid credential both in the corporate HR /business operations role and HR consulting role, Pak Awaldi brought with him a wealth of hands-on experience and insights about the challenges of managing HR in helping the organisation to transform its business and people. He advocated an Impactful HR Management model, sharing its philosophy and the key ingredients for creating a superior HR function that can support the organisation transformation agenda. The session was conducted in an interactive dialogue style with Pak Awaldi fielding the questions from the SRW&Co. team. It was a very productive dialogue session and the team was very appreciative of the sharing by Pak Awaldi. Similar dialogue sessions will be conducted on a bi-monthly basis by reputed professionals in both HR and business portfolios as part of the development programs for the team.
