To continue to consolidate and strengthen our brand in the region, we need to have a team of dedicated professionals working with great passion to achieve our company’s mission and goals. We have now vacancies for the following position in our Jakarta office:
JOB POSITION
PRODUCT DESIGNER
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field with good sense and taste of art, showcased in yourdiverse portfolio
- Figma Savvy: At least 3-4 years of experience in product design or UIUX area using Figmaas design tools
- Have experience in managing Design System in any scale
- Have particular experience in B2B SaaS model is highly preferred
- Have knowledge and experience in interacting with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
- Familiar with Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodology, as well as using Jira as project management tools
- Familiar with data analysis/processing tools such as Excel and Sheet
- Business proficiency in English
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Improving continuously: You will continuously improve our products through rapid iterations to interactions, flows, visual design, along with the delivery of new features and modules.
- Manage stakeholders: You will have direct contact with Partners, Consulting, and Technology team to understand needs, share concepts, and turn feedback into action.
- Validate new modules and products: You will drive getting feedback with user research on new product, module and feature ideas.
- Solving good problems: You will act as inhouse consultant that helps us to bridge and align different design expectations between clients, business team, and development team.
