Chairman & Partner
Daniel Wong is the Chairman & founding Partner of SRW&Co.. He has 35 years of line and consulting experiences in Human Resource Management and General Management, having worked in a wide spectrum of industries like retail, banking, manufacturing, engineering and construction, property development, consumer trading, oil and gas, plantation (sugar, oil palm), pulp and paper industry and agri-business in several Asian countries like Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia and Singapore. He has worked in various leading organisations in diverse multicultural setting ranging from multinational corporations and family owned conglomerates in his span of professional career. In the consulting arena, Daniel has worked with 2 global consulting firms. He was the Country Manager of Towers Perrin Malaysia. Prior to Towers Perrin Malaysia, Daniel was the Country Manager & Director of Hewitt Associates, Malaysia, being responsible for setting up the Malaysian office. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Hons) degree from University of Science Malaysia.
Jolanda J. Sadrach is the Partner of SRW&Co.. Previously, Jolanda was a Senior Consultant and Asia Pacific Database Manager in Towers Perrins’, Kuala Lumpur Office. Prior to joining Towers Perrin, she was the Head of Compensation practice for Hewitt Associates Jakarta office and Senior Consultant, South-East Asia Region. While she has considerable understanding in various aspects of HR, Jolanda’s area of expertise is in Rewards Strategy and Design, Performance Management System, Competency Modeling, Job Evaluation and Grading System. Jolanda has extensive experience working with various institutions, including both local and multinational organizations in various industries, such as banking and finance, education, manufacturing, IT and others. Jolanda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Indonesia.
Alexander Sriewijono is the Partner of SRW&Co.. Previously, Alexander was the Training & Development Manager, Allianz Insurance, Indonesia. Prior to joining Allianz, he was a Consultant for Hewitt Associates, South East Asia Region. Prior to Hewitt Associates, Alexander was a Junior Partner and Consultant for Experd, Indonesia. While Alexander has considerable knowledge in various areas of HR, including Performance Management, Change Management, his expertise is in designing, developing and delivering HR Training & Development, and Communication programs. He has been an active writer and frequently been cited in a number of leading magazines. Alexander has also been hosting a number of television and radio talk shows, seminars and workshops in various areas of people practices. He also actively counsels a large number of individuals in the area of personal development and growth. Alexander holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from University of Westminster, UK. He received the British Chevening Awards in 2003 for his professional achievement.
Sari Roesli is the Partner of SRW&Co.. Previously, Sari was the Human Capital Consultant in Watson Wyatt, Jakarta Office. Prior to joining Watson Wyatt, Sari was the HR Manager in ABN AMRO Bank, Jakarta. Prior to ABN AMRO, Sari was a Consultant in Hewitt Associates, Jakarta Office. Sari's area of expertise is in Compensation and Benefits System design. In addition to it, she also has considerable experience in designing Job Evaluation and Grading system, Performance Management System, as well as, Competency Model. Sari holds Bachelor's degrees in Business (Banking and Finance) and Business (Management) from Monash University, Australia.
