CONSULTANT / SENIOR CONSULTANT
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor or Master Degree of any field with minimum GPA of 3.0 from a reputable University.
- For the Consultant position, we seek graduates with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the HR/management consulting firms. We will also consider those HR practitioners in the corporate environment with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, who have a keen interest to be a full-fledged consultant.
- For the Senior Consultant position, we seek graduates with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the HR/management consulting firms. We will also consider those HR practitioners in the corporate environment with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, who have a keen interest to be a full-fledged consultant.
- Possess excellent Communication Skills inclusive of Presentation Skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Team player, self-motivated, hardworking, and keen to grow with us.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To manage project and relationship with clients, provide directions to the project team and ensure quality deliverables
- To assist in business development and marketing of the firm's consulting service offerings to potential clients
